POSTAGE OPTIONS & CHARGES - Effective 27th February 2012

We use Australia Post for our delivery service & we post orders daily Monday to Friday.

Please read through the delivery options available and choose  the delivery method that best suits your needs

 We offer the following postage options:

• FREE POSTAGE - INC REGISTERED POST (All orders valued at $90.00* or more)  - Excludes Express Post

  This option includes REGISTERED POST & INSURANCE (max $100) - The parcel must be signed for on delivery, if no-one is home when delivery is attempted Aust Post will leave a card in your mailbox and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office for you to collect.

If your Order is valued at more than $100, we strongly recommend that you insure it for its full value.

You can purchase addition insurance for $1.50 per $100. (eg $200 insurance = $3.00)

POSTAL INSURANCE can be purchased (Click Here)  - Not applicable to Express Post

Please Note :  You are able to claim compensation for loss or damage directly from Australia Post - All claims must be submited by the recipient  (We are unable to submit any claims on your behalf).

• FLAT RATE POSTAGE (All orders at less than $90.00*)  -  $7.95

  This option includes  free RECEIPTED DELIVERY - The parcel must be signed for on delivery, if no-one is home when delivery is attempted Aust Post will leave a card in your mailbox and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office for you to collect

Please Note :  There is no compensation available if damaged or lost)

• FLAT RATE POSTAGE - INC REGISTERED POST (All orders at less than $90.00*)  -  $10.95

  This option includes   REGISTERED POST - The parcel must be signed for on delivery, if no-one is home when delivery is attempted Aust Post will leave a card in your mailbox and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office for you to collect -

• EXPRESS POST  -  BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post offices boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post Networks (not available to all postcodes). Will be left if no-one is home - no signature required.
