Please read carefully to understand fully our terms of trade.
Price of goods
All prices are quoted inclusive of Australian 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). When you go through checkout, your invoice will show the amount of GST included in your purchase. This amount is not added to your total. A tax invoice is available online and may be printed at any time by logging in at any time.
Payment options
We accept the following payment methods
- Paypal
- Visa & Mastercard (by Credit Card over the phone, Offline Credit card or via Paypal)
- Bank or personal cheque (order only processed after cheque clearance).
- Money order.
- Direct deposit
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled & the goods will be returned to stock. Please contact us if circumstances arise which may prevent you from paying within this time frame so that we can discuss options.
Out of Stock policy
Our stock is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all advertised items are in stock. Occasionally, however, due to a stock count error or a faulty item, we may not be able to supply the item purchased. At that time, we will give you:
- A full refund on the item not available, or
- A credit for the item not available, which can be used immediately or at a later date for other items in our store.
Out of Stock Notification:
If you would like to purchase an item that is sold out, click on the little white envelope & insert your email address into the window that opens, to then be notified by email when an item comes back into stock.
If you have been notified that an item has arrived you will need to place your order promptly otherwise the item could sell out again. ( Placing a Stock notification does not secure the stock for you).
If this happens just place another stock notification & you will again be notified when the item comes back into stock.
Delivery Terms and Post & Handling (P&H) charges
Upon receipt of the order and verification of payment, goods will be dispatched by Australia Post (within Australia) within four business days.

There is a Flat Rate charge of $6.95 (excluding Die Cutting Machines), regardless of the order size.
For orders under $90.00, if you wish to have your items delivered by Registered Post, please select this from the postage options (additional charge applies).
Postage is FREE for all orders delivered within Australia over $90.00, which includes Registered Post (Max $100 insurance included. Addition insurance cover can be purchased at an additional charge - (FREE POST offer excludes Express Post).
This should automatically reflect on your invoice on checkout - please contact us if this does not occur.
Express Post is available on request, and will require a quotation. Please contact us if you wish to have your item delivered by Express Post and we will advise the cost.
Please note: Items sent Express Post are unable to be insured and no compensation is available if lost or damaged.
Gift vouchers
Once your Payment has been received we will email the gift voucher to you or the recipient.
If you would like the Gift Voucher/s emailed directly to the recipient, please enter their name & email address in the notes on the order.
Gift Vouchers need to be ordered on a separate order to physical products.
If you purchase multiple vouchers to obtain the required value needed, we will consolidate it into one voucher for the total amount.
If you are purchasing a gft voucher please please select electronic delivery at checkout.
Please note: Gift vouchers do not count towards the $90 Free Post Offer.
First order discount does not apply to Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers, when purchased, do not earn you redeem points, when the recipient spends the voucher the redeem points are allocated for the total of their order.
Orders outside Australia
We do not currently ship Internationally.
Minimum order amount
There is no minimum order amount.
Safe delivery of goods
Scrapbook Boutique will ensure all orders are securely packaged at time of sending.
If your goods ( sent Registered Post only) arrive damaged, it is important that you keep all packaging and take both the packaging & contents to your local post office for review & to make a claim. We cannot make the claims from our end, but are happy to provide any receipts or information you require.
True to colour
Customers should be aware that the colour of images of papers and other products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible.
