Delivery Charges

Orders over $70 are shipped Free of Charge (Excludes Digital Download products)   

Orders under $70 are $8.95 with tracking.

New Zealand - $20 for orders under 2kg,

For NZ parcels over 2kg we will quote the best freight rate available.

NZ Customers Please Note: - Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All parcels are sent by Australia Post eParcel,  trackable to your door.

All Machines are automatically sent insured with signature on delivery by Australia Post at no extra charge.

If you elect to have your order left without a signature on delivery we will not be responsible for any loss.

Regional areas - delivery usually within 8-10 days.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment, payment is required within 7 days (please allow 2 business days for Bank Deposit funds to clear). We do not process or dispatch orders until clearance of payment.

1. Afterpay - Pay in 4 Easy Payments  

  (Only available to Australian Residents)

  • How does Afterpay work?  

Scrapbook Boutique and Afterpay have teamed up to provide interest-free instalment payments with no additional fees**.  Afterpay offers Australian customers the ability to pay in four equal payments over 60 days. All you need is a debit or credit card for instant approval (Subject to conditions). Once your application has been approved your Order will be shipped to you.  It is highly recommended that you INSURE your order.

**If you fail to have sufficient fund available for Afterpay to automatically deduct payment on the due instalment dates you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if the instalment payment remains overdue, an additional $7 will be charged one week later 

  • Flexible Payment Options

The credit or debit card you provide will be automatically charged on the due dates of your invoice or log in to the customer portal to repay with an alternative method.

  • Order Value:

Order minimum $100.00  Maximum $1000.00.

  • Registration

You do not need to register before using Afterpay. Simply select Afterpay during the Payment Methods section of the checkout and process your first order as a new customer for approval. 

  • No Hidden Fees

Afterpay is currently available for Australian customers only.

There will be a flat $20 late fee for any late payments made to Afterpay. The transaction will be processed through Afterpay's payment gateway.

All transactions will be processed and appear on your statement as Afterpay.

Returns Policy

Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to scrapbookboutique.com.au within three (3) days of the receipt of the order.

Any discrepancy (pricing, taxes etc, quantity) should be reported to us immediately. This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part. You must provide a copy of the relevant invoice of returned items.

All items returned are subject to individual inspection upon arrival. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be approved.

The customer is responsible for the return of faulty goods to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods.

scrapbookboutique.com.au can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in post. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.

For returns where the Product is subject to a change of mind and has been unused and unopened you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase, however a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply. If the goods were sent under 'Free Shipping' the original freight cost will be recovered by scrapbookboutique.com.au and deducted from the store credit. To qualify for this return policy you must comply with the directions for returning the Product that scrapbookboutique.com.au staff provide to you.

For good that are under warranty, the items must be returned to us within 14 days of a claim. We can not be responsible for goods that are returned to us outside of the warranty period.
